迪娜相机 隐私政策
迪娜相机（以下称「本 App」）是一款帮你构图、告诉你怎么拍的相机。我们把隐私放在第一位：本 App 不需要注册账号，不收集你的个人信息，取景画面只在你的手机上处理。
1. 我们收集什么
本 App 不收集、不上传任何个人数据，也不使用任何第三方统计、广告或追踪工具。
2. 本 App 在手机上使用的权限
- 相机：用来取景和拍照。取景分析、构图提示、地标跟踪、调色和美颜都在手机上完成，画面不会发送到任何服务器。
- 照片（仅添加）：把你拍的或编辑后的照片存进系统相册。
- 照片（读写，可选）：只有你在设置里打开「存进迪娜相机相簿」时才会申请，仅用于创建并找到这个相簿、把本 App 保存的照片放进去，不读取你的其他照片。
- 麦克风（可选）：只有你打开「实况照片」时才会申请，声音随实况照片保存到系统相册，不会被上传。
你选择导入的照片通过系统照片选择器交给本 App，只在手机上处理。
3. 数据存储
你的设置（例如是否震动、是否保留原片）只保存在本机。照片保存在系统「照片」App 中；如果你开启了 iCloud 照片，同步由 Apple 按其政策处理。删除本 App 会同时删除本机上的设置数据。
4. 儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集任何信息。
5. 政策变更
如果本政策有实质变更，我们会更新本页面的生效日期，并在 App 更新说明中告知。

ディナカメラ（以下「本アプリ」）は、構図を整え、撮り方を案内するカメラアプリです。本アプリはアカウント登録が不要で、個人情報を収集しません。撮影画面の分析はすべて端末内で行います。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは個人データを収集・送信しません。第三者の解析、広告、トラッキングツールも使用していません。
2. 端末で利用する権限
- カメラ：撮影画面の表示と撮影に使います。画面の分析、構図のヒント、目印の追跡、色調整、美顔補正はすべて端末内で処理され、画面がサーバーに送られることはありません。
- 写真（追加のみ）：撮影・編集した写真を「写真」アプリに保存します。
- 写真（読み書き、任意）：設定で「ディナカメラ アルバムに保存」をオンにしたときだけ許可を求めます。アルバムの作成と、本アプリで保存した写真の追加にのみ使い、ほかの写真は読み取りません。
- マイク（任意）：Live Photos をオンにしたときだけ許可を求めます。音声は Live Photo とともに「写真」アプリに保存され、送信されることはありません。
読み込む写真はシステムの写真ピッカーを通じて選んだものだけで、端末内で処理します。
3. データの保存
設定内容は端末内にのみ保存されます。写真は「写真」アプリに保存され、iCloud 写真をオンにしている場合の同期は Apple のポリシーに従います。本アプリを削除すると、端末内の設定データも削除されます。
4. お子さまについて
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子さまから情報を収集しません。
5. 変更について
本ポリシーを大きく変更する場合は、このページの施行日を更新し、アプリのアップデート情報でお知らせします。

Dina Camera Privacy Policy
Dina Camera ("the App") helps you frame shots and tells you how to take them. The App requires no account, collects no personal information, and analyzes the camera view entirely on your device.
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect or transmit any personal data, and it does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
2. Permissions used on your device
- Camera: to show the viewfinder and take photos. Scene analysis, framing tips, landmark tracking, color grading, and retouching all run on-device; the camera view is never sent to any server.
- Photos (add only): to save photos you take or edit to the Photos app.
- Photos (read/write, optional): requested only if you turn on "Save to Dina Camera album", and used only to create that album and add photos saved by the App. Other photos are not read.
- Microphone (optional): requested only if you turn on Live Photos. Audio is saved with the Live Photo to the Photos app and is never uploaded.
Photos you import are chosen through the system photo picker and processed on-device.
3. Data storage
Your settings are stored only on your device. Photos are stored in the Photos app; if iCloud Photos is on, syncing is handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the App removes its settings from your device.
4. Children
The App does not collect information from children under 13.
5. Changes
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and mention it in the App's release notes.
